Program that runs on top.
I'm sorry if the title isn't clear.
(Just an example of what I want) Lets just say I'm playing a game and I'm sniping, Most games doesn't have a crosshair whilst using sniper. So I want to code a program that stamps a dot (something like that) wherever you want on the screen and doesn't go away until you close the program. It doesn't go away even if you change to something else, I simply don't want it to minimize or hide behind another program.
Sorry if Its unclear but is it possible to code such thing? If yes, how can I start.
PS: I'll be using Java to code it.
