HelpSpeed hack?

A server i play on has drugs. Most commonly know that the cocaine effect on garrys mod is super speed. There is a job in the game called "Runner" and this job specifically runs packages to specific locations on the map for money. I was wondering if a script could be made that would call for the cocaine effect and give unlimited super speed to continuously run packages within seconds. Can anyone help with this?

I use cdSpeed.
