Need help finding a command for chat in CS:GO
So basically I've seen youtubers and live-streamers with this command/function on competitive where whenever a player talks or throws a flashbang it shows what color they are in front of their chat and behind it.
http://prntscr.com/6dyb81
(The player who threw the flashbang is Orange, so it shows a orange circle with a O in the middle in front of his name.)
Is this a command or how do I do this? Would definitely be handy in comp.
