help with CLEANERS

i need a cleaner and instructions plz! the cleaners on mpgh.net doesnt have instructions....T.T
so can someone give me a cleaner and with insrutction plz!

delete them yourself? (guessing that a cleaner only deletes the files that are useless, not required for the game to work)
its pretty easy to know what files should be deleted and what files shouldnt.
but REMEMBER TO ALWAYS HAVE A BACKUP OF THE FILE STORED SOMEWHERE, or youll have to reinstall

1. Use the search button
2. Search for Clean Arms
3. Find Clean Arms for CA
4. Download
5. Open the program and click CLEAN

Thats it. Pretty straight forward to me.
