yes if you have a microsoft account you can register it for free. you only have to register once. why the fuck would any1 crack a free program...

yeah cracks are very choob friendly so I guess if you don't know how to register vb express its useful. But if you can't figure out how to register vb express you should leave mpgh until you figure it out
