Yes but your tapper was basically the same as mine.

thats the way i do it :P but thanks (also how you make a "ipchanger". only its not really a "real" ipchanger)

Why make yours so complicated with codes.
U do need cmd /c and that
I just use
Shell("my code", AppWinStyle.Hide)
