WTBLooking For Nova Help To Queue / Boost With

Recently got a new account in CSGO and currently in placement matches, am currently 3 wins to 6 losses because of afkers and one hacker ( suspected so many shots through walls and smoke it was retarded ) and am now playing against teams in the Silver 5 area. this scares me as i do not want to be placed in silver again at all! i want gold nova 1 + so was just looking for a group or someone with friends that are in the gold nova + area to help queue with me so that i can get back into that category. Am willing to paypal for wins as long as im with nova + so that i play against them to get back outa the silver queues for my placement matches. Id really like to play tonight as well once my cool down for 2 wins goes away. its got a few hours left on it. any help would be great. i kinda need the queues to be "boosting" like queues cuz i really need them to be wins
