In my case it's true, maybe not random. But not for using hacks... They have detected my swag I guess

Yes. I've heard if you have too much swag volvo will mistake it for cheats and VAC ban.

My friend got VAC banned and he didn't even notice xD Until one day he was like "Wtf I have a VAC ban?" Funny thing is he never used any hacks... pls gaben

You don´t have to use "hacks". Any modification to game files or any external tools (like SAM) can be detected by VAC and lead to a ban.

lol yes I do. But only by modifying game files can get you vac banned. Atleast what I've heard. I'm just saying that vac bans can be delayed from 1-3months.
