Client build.

So, this guy wants to have a PC built to "Normal stuff like surfing the web. Downloading music and movies microsoft word. Nothing strenuous like Photoshop or anything like that. Maybe some minor gaming. Steaming stuff to my television." and play CS:GO and Cities Skylines. So, what could I build that would be the most reasonable, but most profitable? Should I go with AMD, maybe? I don't know.
