Tomix Hair?

I recently started playing on a new account, and I was wondering if it was possible to get the Tomix Hair somehow with a shop loader or something?

I believe it was in the birthday shop, but it's not in that one anymore. Suggestions, tips?

i am also try to get cysero and tomix hair i have them on my main wich i loaded from tomix bday and if u like cysero u should look up id for magic reward shop and i belive no da needed btw do u have a df shop loader u can link me i lost all my ae and other hacks when my asus died
