Wrongly Banned

ok so i sold my private multi hack for apb on my skype... and when i logged into mpgh says i got banned for a week for selling hacks... mpgh dont own my hacks or me so why did i get banned for selling my hacks through skype? @Liz

- No selling of hacks, menus, scripts, loaders or any other cheating/hacking related material (includes free offer with purchase). (Permanent Ban)
- No distribution of cheating/hacking material besides in thread as an approved attachment. No distributing via pm, messenger service (via MPGH). (Permanent Ban)

These are the two main rules regarding distribution of hacks. A week long ban for partially violating those rules is fair IMO.

I think you can sell hack but outside of this site.

Doesn't seem very fair, but at the same time MPGH members (usually) use skype to deal with a lot of business. So I can also see why you are banned.

Wrong section mate..

i have always thought that this rule was kind of stupid becuse its outside mpgh (unless the trade origally came from the marketplace)

He obviously told someone on mpgh to add him on skype to buy the hacks which I'm pretty sure isn't allowed.

So anything that happens on Skype has nothing to do with MPGH?

Then I guess all the scammers we've banned are wrongfully banned.

i get random people adding me on skype daily i never advertised just people add me ask and offer things

@Liz im waiting for your input since its your trusty staff that banned me for no reason... show me 1 quote i sell my hacks... i had voice calls with people who randomly add me on skype and did it through skype its not mpgh buisness so why the week ban?

The ban issued is valid.
You were not wrongfully banned.

They're not incorrect. If the user came from the site, and you offered the content, then it is a ban worthy offense. Usually a permanent one as well. I would refrain from offering any hacking content to MPGH members in the future.
