EpochServer.dll crack howto

Holla everyone.

My Englishe not perfectishe... But since the cracked DLL was deleted i made this tutorial.

( works with current 0.2.5.2 )

1. create file with exactly 19 characters and any name.

original: epochhive\addons\a3_epoch_server.pbo
changed: epochhive\addons\epoch_md5_shitz.txt

2. MD5 check of your file

original: 0aaf61dcedad919c9b6c87a9fa5e6f90
changed: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e

3. Open epochserver.dll in HEX editor and somewhere at address 000C780F

change data...

4. Share... Share... Share... Share even on epochmod.com forums

What does this do?

EpochServer.dll by default checks hash for a3_epoch_server.pbo so you can't edit server files ( scripts )... This will change the checks to your file so you can edit server side files and make in example OverPoch

Could you reup the Cracked ddl file please old topic is Removed.

Please upload to and 3rd party filehost on anything like this.

I dont get this to work without your Help becouse i dont know how this works.

The thread is still here in deleted archive so you can ask MODs i think.. It's not that hard to crack it yourself..

there is no access to the files.
i cant do it on my own i try it but its not working for me.

Does it check after you loaded in? U could just use CE if it's a clean version

Create a file ... do md5 check. Alter check to that file.. Alter md5. DONE

I have never coded anything like this or something else.......
I used your Tutorial on firt Pos:

1.Create Text
epoch_md5_shitz.txt

Then i checked with a md5 checker this number the checksum:

from my created epoch_md5_shitz.txt i check the
numbered code:d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e

Its the same code if i check this twice so what i have to do now please example in some easy steps orr video screens or something like this.

I I have download a Hex Editor there i see in epochddl:a3_epoch_server have i to change this to the name of textfile?

Iam sorry but like i say before iam complete noob in this case.

yes change name from a3_epoch_server.pbo to name of your text file... do the same with md5

ok and then i place my .txt file to the epochhive folder where the cracked ddl the new one will replace
with my own.txt file right?

You are changing checks from one file to another.. so you need to change filename in DLL and MD5 in DLL.

Change original MD5 of .pbo file to MD5 of .txt file

and place txt file to: epochhive\addons next to the a3_epoch_server.pbo
