HelpBackDoor Addon (Help)

HI, i made a backdoor add on, and i was wondering if there is a way i can get the ip, and or hostname of the server that uses that addon. I have my own website, if that is a requirement, can someone just please tell me what i have to include in the script or addon, to recieve that info?

make a timer like the creator of atlaschat to constantly remove him from the banlist!!!11 but it won't at all be obvious from the constant spam in console and lag the server and make people rubberband every 4 seconds!!!!111
