where do I enter this?
Try
AU = New AutoUpdateClass(URLversiontxt, URLUpdatedApplication, Application.ExecutablePath)
AU.Run()
Catch ex As Exception : End Try
I just don't know where to enter the code, for this below I have errors with the AU and its hard to figure out, If you could supply with screenshots that would be great!

Code:
        Try
            AU = New AutoUpdateClass(URLversiontxt, URLUpdatedApplication, Application.ExecutablePath)
            AU.Run()
        Catch ex As Exception : End Try

Stop, just stop.
If you don't know where to put a piece of code, you don't know how to program.
Start learning and stop getting spoon-fed.

You honestly need to know the full story, I'm saying the code is in two different classes and combining it with the usage code ruins it! Dopey 101?

First of all, I'm not going to give code in Visual Basic since the syntax is crap.
I'll write it in C# instead.

I looked at the replies and examples that everyone has given you before.
Most of them looked good, have you even tried them?
Do you know how to use MSDN (You're going to have to learn if you're going to learn programming)?

I suggest using System.Net.WebClient class.

This example will give you everyting you need.
It creates a webclient object and calls the download file method.

wc.DownloadFile("URL", "LOCATION TO BE SAVED INCLUDING THE FILENAME")

Code:
WebClient wc = new WebClient();
wc.DownloadFile("http://www.yourwebsite.com/uploads/Alex.g", "C:/Users/username/Desktop/Alex.g");
