Installing Korean WarRock (Tutorial)

I need the Korean website not how to register what is the korean warrock website!
And also not the download eather

I have downloaded the korean version of warrock, I have filled in the registration form but it keeps coming up with ???id?????.
has any 1 got any suggestions how 2 sort this prob out?
