Texture Remover?

Sorry if this is the wrong section, but is there a texture remover for this game?

or if you could post a screen shot of the lowest settings for this game it would help alot.

Im having problems with lag because of my system and wondering how to speed it up to make it go faster.

I already close the IjjI Reactor after the game starts and it helps a little so...yeas

Its Kinda difficult to remove things from Ijji now, Cause they got the ReActer, which won't let you run the game if one of the items is missing.

Thats bs... Ijji wouldn't even let peoples reduce their lag. I think its like CA... they put this in their TOS. They said that if you modify anything that will gain advantages from other player its illegal e.g. texture removing
