Usual fix if your in VS:
Right click solution -> Properties -> Configuration Properties -> General -> Change Character Set to Multi-byte -> Save.

it don't work, i try to download 2013 version, i have 2010
I would recommend Visual Studio Express 2013 for Windows Desktop because its recommended for PolyLoader if you are going to use that to make your cheat more secure.
