Cant uploud Files

When I try to uploud an Attachement, it loads up to 100% but the Attachement wasnt uplouded. Have this issue since about ~1Day.

@wecopaul make sure you've done the following: Press on the "Manage Attachments" button-->"Add files"-->(Upload the file(s)/content)-->Insert Online-->Done.

Yes, I have already uplouded Attachements. But since ~1day it isnt working anymore. The File doesnt even show up in the File explorer.
