Stem cell research nearly has that covered, or that's the theory anyways.
Plus there's always a cure, it just isn't found yet. "Every reaction has an equal and opposite reaction."

Yaaaa. The thing is a Cure can come at anytime which is crazy. It could happen in the next min or next century. Hopefully it comes when I'm still alive >>.

It's illeage to abort the grown baby. Once it gets to a certain gestation period you have to keep it. After it's born you can just give it up for adoption if you still don't want it.
