Best Program?

Whats the best program to open DLLS and edit them.

Netreflector + ReflexIL addon. In my opinion of course.

I use .NET Reflector 8.5 it's very simple (you also have to use the Reflexil addon as stated above) if you need any help setting anything up PM me.
