it is possible. if you order them online and say you didn't get the shipping yet then they will refund you

Lmao. Don't listen to this guy, it isn't as simple as that for expensive stuff...

Without cash, it's a bit difficult, and you'll need to use box method.
With cash already spent on the shoes, it's as easy as saying you never received your item. You should try to use phone and really yell at them.

Those pair of shoes are nice, well imo all tens and most 11s are, so good luck man.
