There are things called, "Silent Updates", they've been on the forum before. VAC has silent updates which (obviously) updates without you knowing, so if you're using a detected hack, you will get written up for a VAC ban, but it may take hours, days, or even weeks for it to be seen.

fuck yeah.. T_T ur god.. dude seriously. i have used almost evry1s hack on mpgh randomly but urs is the best. i dont know if ur alpha one is detected is not but with so many people showing proofs n all and moreover its been over a week so i hav stopped using it.. dyin to get hands on the latest version. cant thank you enough for what you do for us.. cheers mate and god bless ya!!

Vac SILENTLY UPDATES... So you won't see the anti cheat update, but its there.
