How can i colour my name in MW3? I thought it isn't possible but i saw a guy with it

Well, he could've just been using a plugin or something.
To get different colours, type ^1 through ^9 in the beginning of your name when editing it.

English?The ^1 color thing only works inside MW3, not outside like in Steam which is the only place to change your name. The ^1 works with in-game chat and classes names.
it's an admin cmd on servers, there's no hack or trick.
There's a byte you need to patch which will allow the ^ character in your name. The sig for it is avalible on the webz somewhere.
