Is this possible?

Hey guys, I am learning how to code and I am wondering if it is possible to create a program that does this
The programs process name is the same as a game. for example CSGO
And what this program does is it detects for a .dll to be injected into the process. And then it places the process into a designated folder.

So for example you can use a private hack that has its .dll on a server and then it will inject into the fake CSGO that grabs the .dll
and then you get the .dll all for your self or to leak!

Is this possible?
