As far as I know, it's been proven to be real. They actually did a skit about that on a show from MTV...the show was something GIANT or some shit. It was hilarious, this guy was saying he got famous for cutting off his dick (Pain Olympics) and the other guy has 100x more views than the other video and all that guy did was make funny faces lol.
