Good Photoshop programs
Anyone know any good Photoshop programs, for beginners? Trying to get my life together and lower my time on video games and make use of my time by learning.
What do you mean Programs for Photoshop?
I use gimp, its free and is has more capability than paint.net, but paint.net is definitly easier for begginers to pick up in my opinion. But if you plan on doing GFX & Siggys ect, definitly Gimp (These are free programs because my poor ass dont got money).

Using the English excuse won't prevent people from realizing you didn't know that Photoshop is a program itself.
Pixlr and Gimp are 2 great tools just like Photoshop.
What programs are similar to Photoshop.

Gimp.
Gimp or Photoshop. Doesn't get better.

Just "borrow" photoshop from the many great sites?
You could use paint.

Though Photoshop itself is not that complex.

I used paint when I first started attempting to make siggys ect, but found that more things where possible with gimp + there are more tutorials for gimp imo. And lovin the avatar Hugo
Gimp and Photoshop are your best ways to go.

I personally like Photoshop better because it's easier to get a grasp of. It's expensive but you can pirate it. Gimp is also good, just harder for me.
Photoshop for everything. First easy stuff, then the world.
Photoshop is a great program. But it is as vast as the ocean and I don't think there is anyone on this planet who would know this program inside out completely.

So you really need to know before you start learning, what is you are trying to accomplish and concentrate on the area of the photoshop that is relevant.

Also there a myriads of various third party plug-ins for this great program that may simplify the various tasks you would try to complete. It is worth looking into those also.

Cheers
Get the Photoshop CS trial, if you like it buy it or get it off torrents. It's the easiest program to edit photos
