Now... How do you really hack accounts?
I know how to 'hack' accounts with a password list or bruteforce but if I see some alts like 'Dhrumil131083@gmail.com:vrushal@09' I know there is another way... So how do you hack migrated accounts with passwords like 'vrushal@09'?

When it comes to "Dhrumil131083@gmail.com:vrushal@09" that is called a combo. A hacked account from any site could be put into a combo list to check other places that that email and password also works on. This is your best bet with hacking accounts, or so with me. Another way is getting a list of Usernames/emails and a list of passwords and bruteforcing. The bruteforcer tries each email/username with each password. This takes time, and you won't always get something. I may not be 100% right, but I think I am accurate.

%100 right i always use combos now

So it's just a facebook/hotmail/gmail account list you place in a minecraft checker to see if it works?
How do you get lists with a high chance of succes?

Sorta, it could be a list of ANYTHING, just put together to see if it works with what ever else.
