CA wont start

Well i got my PC back working yesterday and tried to play CA and I got this message "An invalid file has been installed. Please reinstall the file." so I redownloaded CA and tried again, still no work. Got the newer directX, still no work.. HELP

If you have Fraps run that while you attempt to run CA so we can see the error as it occurs.

Wont work I cant even get to the black loading screen...

Ok. And is this with or without any hacks running?
