Can you still edit the speed of the game through CE Without getting banned or did they patch that?

Just try it out ? There is no VAC or EAC that perm bans you.
I think its patched. I liked CE speed hack. You could place blocks a lot faster.
I'm sure you can edit the c sharp file somewhere. Most likely codehatch.blocks or something
