Upside Down World Glitch With MPGH Pub

All i did was joined a game while no recoil and no spread were enabled, disabled no recoil, shot a bunch, and your screen glitches really weird. i enabled no recoil again while the game was glitching, and my screen was like this until i died.

Thats Happened to me b4 when i was turning on features then a Guy Comes up and i shoot him then my mouse takes Controll 1 second after everything is upsidown
