MAke sure you dragged the folder you downloaded into your combat arms directory, and didn't delete the old one.
Also make sure you hit replace all including the folder.

nvm a simple restart made it work fine
and i tried hacks

How come the entire HS files are in the download? Couldn't only one/couple files be changed to make it work?
