I closed my game, went upstairs for a late night snack, tried to re-launch the game, and it crashes. When I remove the files, it works.

Well everyone relog and try again. I just TV'd someone to help them get it running and they're installing SP2. I will feel like an ass if they go through all that and it's patched lol
