Rage hacking

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, but I see many rage hacking/boosting threads and I can't figure out what it means?
So, what is rage hacking/boosting? And what does it differ from regular hacking/boosting?

Why are there so many people doing it for free though?

Rage hackers/boosters are people who's using a really powerful hack that is not meant to be hidden so they mostly always win the games(except if they're versus better rage hackers than therselves). Some people are boosting as a service(where you need to pay for it), most of the times the difference with the free rage boosters is that they are way more careful and they have less chances to get OW banned, so you don't loose your wins. None the less, some free rage boosters will not get OW banned either, but "services" could get OW banned as well, there's always exceptions. But in MOST OF THE TIMES (not always I repeat), the paid sessions are of better quality than juste free rage boosting where the boosters often doesn't have any protection or anything related.
