Pop-up Blockers?

Holy Jesus.. i was playing a fullscreen game that closes when minimized.. and guess wat happened... A pop-up... Anyone have any suggestions on a pop-up blocker.. that i can gogle and find : ] Thx

Well.. i think the toolbar helped, and i did a virus scan and got another firewall.. and since then... nothing
