I own a games development company called JamSandwichCo and im looking for people who also develop games to possibly join the group.
We have been a group for a long time focusing mainly on our competitive gaming teams and not our games ill be looking for possible developers to help make a game in the beginning of 2016 maybe earlier.

What's the genre?

I doubt anyone is going to make your game for you and give you a cut for coming up with ideas.
