I cant enable mpgh pub hack
Hi im running vista and I dont dc anymore with the hack but now I cant enable it, Ill try renaming the hack and try then

Try downloading d3dx9_24.dll and putting it into your folder along with your hack.
Alternatively, you could download the .dll version of the hack from the first link. And inject it into your engine.exe with an injector. You can find an injector in the second link.
Here are the steps:
1) Download .dll version of the hack (from link 1) as well as the injector(s) (from link 2).
2) Unzip them with winrar.
3) Open the injector and browse for the .dll version of the mpgh pub hack
4) Choose the inject destination to engine.exe
5) Open combat arms and inject the hack.

Ive got the injector, Still doesnt work. I injected 2 .dll's with the injector and still dont work
Do I inject d3dx9_24.dll as well as the 2 others?
Like do I only inject the hack only? Nothing else?

Well, yeah, try injecting the hack and d3dx9_24.dll into it too. Try renaming the hack. However, if this doesn't work, you may need a bypass which you can search through this forum. Sorry if it still doesn't work
