Extra benefits for ranking up classes
Since some classes doesn't have a passive skill unlocked at rank 10, is that fine to stop ranking up them after reached rank 5? Will a higher rank level increase the damage of the skills or provide other benefits?

no it won't, it's basically for bragging rights (although there actually isn't any IMO)

I think you're thinking about the passive skills he mentioned in the original post - sadly I think they're only for some classes though.
