Good try, but sadly it doesn't really work :f.
Heres a few tips man.
Your focal is all over the place, try to create depth and a good light source so that your focal will stand out more.
Your text is a bit over the top, keep it simple mate.
The motion blur doesn't look to great, over the past two years I've found that just using the smudge tool with good settings works much better for creating flow.
Also, your border isn't really needed.
Keep trying man, practice makes perfect.
