It's a fairly decent size file so allow time to download and install. Your PC will restart a few times during the process. This is normal. After you install SP2 double check to make sure UAC is indeed off. Also check to make sure your firewall and antivirus, if any at all, have exceptions for CA, that CA is run as admin, not under compatibility mode, and without other hacks. If you have a problem after all of this it may be the hack files. Download them again and I'll walk you through using them step by step.

Ok thanks, it says 30 minutes untill download finishes, then it probably will have a wizard which will probably take a while so ill be waiting!
