guiguides98 was the one who Scammed me And i found Pwnagge on another site, It does work You just need to have your transfer slot free and create a PSN for Pwnagge

How I did it is make a support ticket with some info, all your doing is getting the ticket number, Next you want to call up Rockstar support as it will take 100X less time then waiting for a support ticket to go back and forth, Once you are on the phone to them give them your ticket number and go through with them that you accidentally linked your brothers account and then can they reset your account so you can connect your new account.... after a few mins of explaining boom account is reset and you can get a modded account and link it and get all the rewards.
