i cant log onto warrock because whenever i click on it, it says

"Cannot write to a local verseion file!"

punkbuster was updating one minute ago

No it sin't a PB problem, try to restart the game.

The PB was updating so u can't play.

Ur internet / lan is not connected ,
or just download client again
