Save failed?

i did the 1m$ car "hack" w/ CE. now it says Save Failed - Connection to Rockstar-Gameservice not available.

that could just be your internet bro, play for a little and eventually itll say in all caps: SAVE SUCCESSFUL, literally happens all the time

You are not banned! I have this sometimes too since I play gta 5. Just tune your car or buy some clothes. Something that forces the game to save your data. Should work for you too. That's how I do it to fix it. But maybe you are just unlucky and you are connected to a rockstar server which is down.
