Does the vehicle save after restart or does it change back to original vehicle?

i have a another way and the car switch not back ^^ but do you now how i can change weapons? i need the Gunsberg but really dont work

too hard deleted system32 and now cant boot pc

Tried doing the Roosevelt. But it says "This vehicle is too hot to modify"
Any ideas?

Yeah, I am having the same problem. Other users said they have a way to bypass that but they seem to not be saying how.

Darn.
I also tried putting the car in my garage, then changing the value then putting a tracker on it but that doesn't work either.
After game restart it's back to the original vehicle.

Yeah, I tried putting the tracker on first then changing it and then putting the insurance on it but it does not seem to work. We are going to have to wait for someone to come up with a good idea.

For me I can't even get as far as some of you.
As soon as I change the values.
A. The car blows up
B. The game crashes

Which does that. Every time.

Well it was with Jester racecar.

Does changing cars to the Rhino work? Game crashes every time. Works fine with other cars.

My guess it doesn't work with some special cars. Space Docker, Duke o' Death, bigger vehicles etc.

Haha, I just want the roosevelt in my garage.
