That's a bug with /char you have to fix it

I used that to setup the server but still doesn't work eventually the client will be stucked

svrMoniter doesn't really matter. You should try if the wserver and server actually work

The releaser of this source said this is useless to anyone without C# experience, so keep that in mind if you have coding issues, Id just use a different source if you dont have experience. @ArtisanHD

no point using this source if you don't know how to fix this error...

Just make an account every time you test it, or you'd have to fix it yourself.

Good idea anyways if you even know how to. This source is so buggy i would never use it...

Not actually as3. Seraphs dominion source which is basically AS3.
