dad says i'm allowed any phone on the market atm, what's the best android out there?
If the android doesn't appeal then i'll just go with the iPhone 6+...

cost doesn't matter but specs would be appreciated!

I've seriously gotten tired of all these phones... I got the Galaxy s4 atm, and want to upgrade soon, but the s6 is shit... Considering just to go with Iphone 6

HTC One M9 or the S6 edge both pretty much the same just go with what design/software you prefer

Honestly I'd usually just say "go for the HTC" but I've had waaaay too many bad experiences with those pieces of shit. Had to replace my HTC One 6 times. Never dropped it or anything... just hardware failure and didn't get to save any shit on it. I'd also recommend not to go for a samshit either, they're great at the start but they just begin to slow down like a dying turtle. They also give so many errors later on in their life. I hate to say it but the Iphone is just fucking simple and lasts pretty long (with my experience). May probs cost more but It'll be better in the long run.

i have had the S4 since the day it had come out.. Then thai new year (songkran) i got water in my "waterproof" pouch.. now it doesn't charge so ya.
I didn't realise there was an S6. Damn, i watched an iphone 6 vs s5 review and the specs were so much better on the samsung, and the fact that i don't like the GUI for iphone doesn't help. I was only goingt o choose iphone for it's speed and how quick and efficient everything is but i want a waterproof phone with a good camera so Samsung it is.
HTC didn't appeal to me that much and the specs were pretty poor, i don't like the camera but the speakers seemed cool.
