Need your help.

I'm looking to sell my laptop, it's a Sony Vaio M series I think, but I wan't to factory reset it so none of the programs/games I downloaded are on it. But I wan't it to keep the updates it got for its basic and needed features such as Windows Updates. I have looked around on how to factory reset it but I'm a little scared that if I do something wrong, the laptop will be unsellable. All advice is helpful but is their a way that someone can walk me through the steps or even do it through something like teamview?

Hi first, you can´t do it through teamviewer as the pc will get resetted..the program aswell
Just go ahead, make backups of the gerneral programs n´stuff, then make a bootable win dvd(or win dvd) and reinstall enough guides for that on yt
