Think Just got scammed on csgoshop.com

I paid $419.78 USD on the website

Hmm I got a msg from the csgoshop.com and said

Hello!

Your account has been disabled due to your unwillingness to provide ID verification. We cannot do business with you when it comes to such high order prices, as your Steam and PayPal accounts do not match up to our standards.
Your order has been blocked, and as I had told you in the support ticket - a hold has been placed on the funds by PayPal, and that is out of our control. A refund will be issued to you, but the funds will not be available to you for up to 4 days, because PayPal is holding them.

I'm not sure if I can trust you on the topic you've made right now, because he said that your steam and PayPal account doesn't add up, also what he said that the refund is issued to you now (they've done their work, now you need to do yours), they refunded the money but its in-hold by PayPal, so best you can do now is send a ticked to PayPal and see what they have to say about that.

Advice:
~Do NOT ever do such high price buys, there is more risk than you ever think.
~Go with lower, and build up from there.

This could be scam, and couldn't be scam, you don't know that, only they do but as he/she said, the refund is placed but is hold by PayPal.

Good luck, hopefully you can prevent things like that in the future, if you're not dumb.
