I guess you couldn't be arsed to read the first post? OP didn't make the trainer.
Nor can this be 'fixed' -- Certain functions, such as car spawning, and money handling are (slightly)protected by the cloud.
Car spawning therefor isn't a thing just yet, and neither is adding money in MP.

This said however, you *can* use the tunables editor, add id 111 as an integer, and set the value to 100 to earn $2000 "Good Behavior Bonus" ever second or so and this does work in MP.

And then of course there's the CE car selling method which has been posted a gazillion times already.
