So I have 2 unranked accounts, am I still aloud to rage 2 times a day on each of them?..

I waited 24 hours and one of my accounts got banned. I made sure it was a little over 24 hours

has over watch fixed their system??

PEOPLE have told me it has gone to 6 reports but i am not sure

You're unlucky, I have had 3 accounts for nearly 3 weeks and no ban here.
