Cop Car

Does anyone know a way to get a cop car in your garage and insured? I really want to do some cops and robbers with friends but it is not as fun without cop cars.

No, their blacklisted, and even if you did through cheating, the game auto deletes it.

Your best bet is to just wait for skin packs ;/

Figured as much. The sad thing is that their is even customizations exclusive for the cop cars as shown here

You used to be able to do it with tanks and even jets on PS3 then they blacklisted all of them from the garage so its impossible
